How to Book Floodlit Tennis Courts at Eltham Park South & Shooters Hill (Winter Guide)
As September approaches and the evenings draw in, we often receive questions about booking floodlit tennis courts at Eltham Park South and Shooters Hill Tennis Hub. To help you make the most of your evening games this autumn and winter, here’s a simple guide to playing under the lights at both venues.
Eltham Park South (EPS)
To play on floodlit courts at Eltham Park South, you’ll need a Smartcard pre-loaded with credits.
How to Get Started:
Order your Smartcard
Contact the TwistFizz coaching team to arrange your Smartcard and initial credits.
Charge your card
Once you have your Smartcard, you can book courts and use it to activate the floodlights.
Floodlight cost
Each floodlit court costs £3.50 per hour.
Adding credit
Credits must be purchased online and then loaded onto your card by the TwistFizz Team.
(We’re currently transitioning towards a fully automated system—thank you for your patience!)
Shooters Hill Tennis Hub
At Shooters Hill, the booking process is more straightforward.
What You Need to Know:
No Smartcard required
Courts can be booked directly via Mindbody or ClubSpark.
Floodlight fee
An additional £4 per hour is automatically included in your booking.
Activating the lights
On arrival, show your proof of payment to the security team at reception, and they will switch the lights on for your session.
Bonus Tip: Go Play Pass Holders
If you hold a Go Play Pass, you won’t need to pay for court hire at either venue, making evening tennis even better value.
